 The NewEngland  Shakespearean Competition scheduled for April  2012.

  Dear Patron of the Arts,
    In the last few years the State of Connecticut alone has
 has lost several cultural icons-
The CT. Ballet- The CT Opera- and many other local theater companies that do not have the resources to compete in this twenty-first century marketplace. 
Please help us  keep our cultural resources available for the next generations by supporting local theatrical programs in your schools and communities. 

Volunteers are always welcome.
Sponsors are patrons are needed to plan the 2012
Competition to be held at the American Shakespeare Theater- Blackfriars.
A sampling of the opportunities available:
Costuming, set design, techies, publicility, stage managers.
The Society welcomes persons from all age groups, teens, Senior citizens, and anyone who had an interest in promoting culture in our communities.
